Welcome to MEKO TOYS. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, www.mekotoys.com, and your purchase of products through our online store.

MEKO TOYS is a brand operated by Rajpurohit Creations (MEKO TOYS), a sole proprietorship owned by Jaipal Singh, with its principal place of business at:

Throughout these Terms, “MEKO TOYS,” “MEKO,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rajpurohit Creations (MEKO TOYS). “You,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing our products.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referred to in them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Website

You may browse our website and purchase products subject to applicable laws.

Customers under 18 years of age may use the website and place orders only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for the minor’s use of the website and purchases made with their consent.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse its features, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

2. Products and Product Information

MEKO TOYS offers wooden toys and related accessories designed for play, learning, creativity, and exploration.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices, photographs, and other information displayed on our website are accurate and current.

Product images are representative. Actual products may show slight variations in colour, grain, texture, finish, or appearance due to natural wood characteristics, handcrafted production, lighting, photography, or display settings.

Each MEKO TOYS product is unique. Natural wood grain and handcrafted production may result in slight variations in colour, texture, finish, and appearance from product to product.

Such natural or handcrafted variations do not automatically constitute a defect. However, this does not limit your rights where a product is defective, damaged, unsafe, or materially different from its description.

Product features, dimensions, materials, age recommendations, and other specifications should be reviewed before placing an order.

3. Product Safety and Age Recommendations

Our products have age recommendations that may differ from product to product.

Please follow the recommended age guidance, instructions, warnings, and safety information provided on the relevant product page and packaging.

Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate, particularly for younger children and products containing small components.

Packaging materials and unsuitable small parts should be kept away from children where applicable.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product offerings without prior notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unavailable product, as applicable.

Where available, customers may use a “Notify Me” or similar restock notification feature for out-of-stock products.

Restock notifications do not guarantee a particular restock date.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Promotional Offers

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed or otherwise disclosed before the order is completed.

Prices may be updated from time to time. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where a genuine pricing or listing error requires correction.

Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, validity periods, and usage limits. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

6. Orders and Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered confirmed only after MEKO TOYS sends an order confirmation. An order acknowledgement or payment receipt alone does not necessarily constitute confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product unavailability or inventory discrepancies.

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors.

  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable order information.

  • Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive transactions.

  • Other reasonable operational or legal grounds.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, we will initiate a refund of the applicable amount through the relevant payment method, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

We will communicate material changes or cancellations using the contact details provided with the order.

7. Payment Terms

MEKO TOYS accepts online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

Online payment options may include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods made available through our checkout.

Available payment options may vary depending on the checkout, order, location, or payment service provider.

Cash on Delivery

COD may be available for eligible orders and serviceable locations.

Applicable COD charges, limits, and availability will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

COD availability may vary depending on the order value, delivery location, postal service, or other operational conditions.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

If an online payment fails, is declined, reversed, or remains unverified, the order may not be confirmed or processed.

8. Shipping and Delivery

MEKO TOYS currently ships across India to locations serviceable by our delivery partners.

We use India Post services, including Speed Post and applicable parcel services, for shipping.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch.

Actual delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination, applicable postal service, postal network, serviceability, and other circumstances affecting transportation. Accordingly, we do not guarantee one fixed delivery period for every location.

Where tracking is available, relevant tracking information will be provided to the customer.

Delivery may be affected by postal delays, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure that the shipping address, email address, and contact information provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

9. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Replacements Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Our Returns & Replacements Policy sets out the applicable conditions for:

  • Eligible return requests.

  • Transit damage.

  • Incorrect or missing products.

  • Product condition and packaging requirements.

  • Refunds and applicable deductions.

  • Exchanges and replacements.

  • Order cancellations.

  • Non-returnable products and applicable exclusions.

Eligible voluntary return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Replacements Policy.

For transit damage, customers should contact MEKO TOYS within 24 hours of delivery and provide appropriate photographs and/or video to enable us to assess the issue.

For incorrect or missing products, customers should contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24–48 hours of delivery, with the order details and supporting photographs/video.

MEKO TOYS does not offer store credit as a refund option.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Replacements Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

10. Order Cancellation and Changes

If you wish to cancel an order, contact MEKO TOYS as soon as possible with your order number.

Cancellation requests may be accommodated before dispatch, subject to the status of the order and applicable law.

You may also contact us to request a change to your delivery address or product selection before dispatch.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. In such cases, the Returns & Replacements Policy may apply where relevant.

If MEKO TOYS cancels an order after payment has been collected, we will initiate the applicable refund.

11. Customer Accounts and Account Security

Customers may place orders through guest checkout or create an account where the feature is available.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or activity involving your account.

We may suspend or restrict an account, refuse an order, or limit website access where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, violation of these Terms, or activity that threatens the security or operation of the website.

We may also take appropriate action against misuse of guest checkout.

Any such action will be proportionate to the circumstances and will not affect rights or obligations that have already accrued under applicable law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for losses arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This clause does not require you to indemnify MEKO TOYS for losses caused by our own breach of law, negligence, or misconduct.

19. Force Majeure

MEKO TOYS will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, transport disruptions, public emergencies, or widespread technical failures.

We will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays and resume performance when practicable.

This clause does not remove any refund obligation or consumer right that applies under law.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the jurisdiction of competent consumer dispute redressal bodies, courts having jurisdiction in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits any right a consumer may have to seek relief before a forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, website features, legal requirements, or policies.

Changes will apply prospectively, unless otherwise required by law. Orders already confirmed will remain subject to the terms applicable to them, except where a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.
