Our toys are designed for hands-on, open-ended play — giving children room to stack, balance, build, imagine, and discover their own ways of playing.

What age are MEKO TOYS suitable for?
Age recommendations vary by product. Please check the age recommendation on the individual product page and packaging.
Are MEKO TOYS toys safe?
Safety is an important part of our product development. Please follow the age recommendations, warnings, and safety information provided with each product.
Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.
Why does my toy look slightly different from the picture?
Natural wood and handcrafted production mean that every toy can have slight variations in grain, colour, texture, and finish. These natural variations are part of what makes each MEKO toy unique.
Can the toys be used outdoors?
Our toys are designed primarily for indoor play. Prolonged exposure to rain, moisture, direct sunlight, or outdoor conditions may affect the wood and finish.
How do I clean my wooden toy?
Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not soak, submerge, or wash the toy under running water.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can checkout as a guest or create an account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept convenient online payment options available at checkout, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other available Shopify payment options.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available for eligible orders and locations. Applicable COD charges and availability will be shown at checkout.
Do you offer EMI?
No, we currently do not offer a separate EMI option.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We ship across India to locations serviceable by our delivery partners, including India Post services.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the applicable postal service.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking details will be provided where tracking is available for your shipment.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and/or video of the package and product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Replacements Policy.
Do you offer replacements?
Yes, where applicable. Eligibility depends on the reason for the request and our Returns & Replacements Policy.
Do you offer store credit?
No. MEKO TOYS does not offer store credit as a refund option.
What if I receive the wrong or missing product?
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24–48 hours, with your order number and photographs/video of the package and product.

Yes. We accept bulk orders from retailers, preschools, schools, activity centres, and other organisations.
